April 2023, Nike hosted the Style Studio, a one-day event designed to help 54 creators explore and express their personal style with Nike. The event featured three distinct Nike-themed spaces, beauty services, access to stylist Danasia Sutton, and a sneak peek at the upcoming SU23 collection.

  • Challenge: Create an event that showcased the SU23 collection while enabling creators to authentically connect with the brand and share their experiences, balancing structured promotion with organic content.
  • Insight: By giving creators the freedom to express themselves in a fun, hands-on environment, Nike tapped into their creativity and individuality. This approach led to genuine excitement and social content that felt natural, ultimately increasing brand awareness and connection.

Nike partnered with five paid TikTok creators to generate buzz and authenticity around the event. Additionally, 50 more earned style creators were invited to experience the event and share their unique perspectives. This mix of structured and freeform content led to increased engagement, with TikTok and Instagram content continuing to drive visibility long after the event.
